Mr. Ed Lowe, Senior Safety and Reliability Engineer, has over 40 years’ experience with proven performance in the refining, petrochemical, and chemical industries in the areas of refinery management, operations, maintenance, front line allmanagement, process safety, engineering, technical support, human resources, and administration (including union and business contract negotiations). His skills and expertise include operations management, strategic planning/budgeting, engineering/ maintenance management, highly hazardous material handling, process safety management, ISO 9000/product stewardship, regulatory compliance, labor/employee relations, policy and procedure development, project management, turnaround planning, and process improvement. He has held positions of PSM Manager, Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager during his career at various petrochemical companies. Mr. Lowe has taught courses on mechanical integrity and conducted numerous PSM/RMP audits. He has also facilitated many PHAs.
